Mary "Bebe" Estelle Burgin

Mary moved to Montgomery, Alabama in 1988. She was a devoted employee in the family business at Wells Printing. She was known for her unwavering work ethic and commitment to excellence. Mary was always dedicated to her professional responsibilities where she worked diligently until her retirement at the remarkable age of 83.

Mary was preceded in death by her parents, James H. Douglas, Sr. and Estelle Larsen, her sister Ann Wells, and her only son, James F. Adams, Sr.

Her memory will continue to live on in the hearts of her surviving family members: her siblings, James H. Douglas, Jr., Larsene Sheffield (Chester), and Erica Bilsky (Stuart); her devoted daughter-in-law, Patricia L. Adams; her cherished grandsons, James F. Adams, Jr. (Kimberly) and Christopher E. Adams (Ashley); and her great-grandsons, Conner Adams, Weston Adams, and Granger Adams, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Mary’s life was marked by her strength, commitment to family, and unwavering work ethic. Her legacy will endure in the lives of those she touched and the love she shared with her family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Cancer Wellness Foundation.

May she rest in eternal peace.

A celebration of life memorial for Mary will be held Friday, December 13, 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Leak Memory Chapel, 945 Lincoln Rd, Montgomery, Alabama 36109.
