Mary Anna Frances Cox, age 83 passed away on Wednesday, January 8, 2025. Mary Anna was born in Kentucky but settled in Montgomery, Alabama. She was predeceased by her husband of 60 years, Marvin W. Cox and her grandson, Brandon R. Cox.
Mary Anna is survived by her children, Kenny (Bev) Cox, Robert Cox, James (Judith) Cox, and Rose (Ron) Fox; her grandchildren, Chris Haskell, Samantha (Nathan) Brantley, Jarrod (Wen) Cox, Sarah Cox, Marvin Cox and Lauren (Asa) May; and her great grandchildren, Navaeh Haskell, Reid May, Oliver Cox, and Jacob Cox.
A homemaker who took good care of her family, she delighted in cooking and baking favorites for each member. She enjoyed crafts and collecting dolls with their accessories. Mary Anna will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
A private family memorial service will be planned at a later date.
