Mary Julia (Lopez) Freeman, a resident of Montgomery, AL, passed away peacefully at home on Oct. 15, 2022 at the age of 84. She was preceded in death by her parents Harry Lopez and Sadie DeVaughn Lopez; siblings Jesse Keech, Billy Keech, Eloise Keech Fuller, and George Keech; niece Julia Lindsey, and her beloved daughter Susie Freeman.
Survivors are daughter Judi Freeman Reynolds and husband Marc, son Jamie Freeman and wife Carole, son Randy Freeman, 6 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, and other extended family and friends. The family would like to extend heartfelt gratitude to the management and residents of Eastview Retirement Center for their unwavering care and support, and to Your Choice Senior Care for their loving support during her final days.
A Celebration of Life Graveside service will be Wednesday 2:00 PM at Greenwood Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Ovarian Cancer Research or the charity of your choice.
