Mary Kay Holman

Mary Kay Holman, 88, passed away peacefully at Baptist Hospital South on Tuesday, January 25, 2011, after a lengthy illness. She was preceded in death by her husband of 49 years, George T. Holman, and a daughter, Melinda Land. She is survived by daughter, Paula Holston (Rick), grandchildren, Kim Rossi (Shawn), Richard Holston, Jr. (fiancé, Rena Jones), Shawn Strickland (Tanya), Amy Salmon (Scott)and, great-grandchildren, Carson Rossi, MacKenzie Rossi, Kirsten Strickland, Kelsie Strickland, Kendal Strickland, and Evan Porto. Funeral services will be held on Friday, January 28th, at 2pm at Leak-Memory Chapel. Visitation will be at 1pm prior to the service. Rev. Tim Thompson of Frazer Memorial United Methodist Church will officiate and music will be preformed by Tom Searcy and Wilburn Ingram. Pallbearers will be Richard Holston, Jr., Shawn Strickland, Shawn Rossi, Scott Salmon, Ron Rein, and Hal Woods.
