

She spent most of her life living in the Montgomery, Alabama area. She worked for Rite Aid Drug Store for 37 years before she retired in April 2015. Jackie never met a stranger. She loved working with and around people, young and old alike. She was happiest when she was helping others.
Jackie passed into God’s kingdom on Saturday, October 3, 2015, while visiting with her son, Harold Wayne Watson, and his family in Fairhope, Alabama. Being with her family gave Jackie her greatest joy and being with her son at her last moment would have been her greatest wish as she passed into God’s kingdom.
She is survived by her sons, Harold Wayne Watson (Donna), Bobby Langley (Leslie), and daughter, Janet Langley Pope (Ralph). She is also survived by her grandchildren, Krystyna Hunt (Scott), Brandon Watson (Tiffany), Cameron Watson, Ashley Pope Ocmand, Michael Freeman (Arwen), Steve Freeman, David Langley, ten great grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews. Sisters, Linda Brown, Margie Cook, and co-mother-in-law, Aveline Chandler.
Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, October 7, 2015, at Leak Memory Chapel at 12:00 p.m., Pastor Sylvester Hardy, officiating. Visitation will be 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p. m. Committal Services will follow at Montgomery Memorial Cemetery, Pastor Roger Carroll, officiating.
