Mattie Money Lindsey a resident of Montgomery, Alabama passed away Saturday, October 29, 2011, at the age of 73 yrs. old. She is preceded in death by her husband Jimmy Lindsey, of 59 yrs. She is survived by 5 children. Shirley “Ann” Bowden (Montg., AL), ex son-in-law Dale Bowden, (which she loved like her son), Gloria (Mike) Tanner (Selma, AL), Jimmy (JoAnne) Lindsey (Ft. Walton Beach, Fla), Lisa (Tim) Talley (Montg., AL), Chris (Jessica) Lindsey (Prattville, Al), one half brother Herbert (Betty) Money (Columbus, GA), brother-in-law Dennis Lindsey (Mobile, AL), sister-in-law Mary Lindsey (Montg., AL), and to her nephew, Johnny Anderson, who had a very special place in her heart. She has 15 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren. A very special thank you to Carolyn Flynn, whom was a very dear friend and an angel to our family. Visitation will be Wednesday, November 2nd at White Chapel Funeral Home. Viewing for the family will be from 4pm-5pm and friends will gather from 5pm-7pm. Service will be held on Thursday, November 3rd at 3pm, with Pastor Lenny Bolton officiating. Pallbearers Lee Tanner, Shane Bowden, Hunter Harris, Jimmy “Bubba” Lindsey, Willie Sankey, Johnny Carter.
