Mitchell Hugh Bryant

BRYANT, Mitchell Hugh, 56, a resident of Macon, Georgia, and a Montgomery, Alabama, native, died Wednesday, May 3, 2017. Visitation will be Tuesday, May 9, 2017, at Leak Memory Chapel, at 1 PM, followed by his Funeral Service at 2 PM, with Rev. Mark Osgood officiating. Survivors include his parents, Hugh and Barbara Bryant; sisters, Brenda Bryant Lee and Jan Bryant Moore; nephews, Tommy Moore and Andy Moore; & nieces, Kelli Sokol, Rachel Lee, and Alycia Lee. Mitch was a graduate of Auburn University with a double major, and played the French horn in the Auburn University Marching Band and the Auburn University Concert Band. He was a registered nurse with Navicent Health in Macon, Georgia. Mitch also played the piano, and loved attending the Atlanta Symphony, other types of concerts, plays, and Broadway shows in New York. He also loved camping, collecting antiques (especially depression glass), canning, and was a gourmet cook. He was also an "I Love Lucy" show fanatic. He will be dearly missed by family and friends.
