George and Patsy:  I was saddened to read of your mom's passing.  She and my mother were great friends at CHBC, and she always had a great smile for me when I went to the bank to get mom's house money.  She is in a better place with her sweetheart. God bless you both.

Again I want to tell you how sorry I am about Myra's passing. As I said before,  there are things worse then death and I know you wouldn't want her to suffer. When she and I worked together at the First National Bank she kept all of us laughing with her great sense of humor.

George, your mother was a fine Christian woman as well as a lovely Southern lady, and I am sure she will be missed by many people. She served at our wedding, and I have a beautiful picture of her from that day. I was honored that she accepted my invitation to act in that capacity. She also attended my mother's funeral in 2001, and I really appreciated that she came and supported our family at such a sad time. I remember her from Capitol Heights Baptist Church when you and I were growing up. She and my mother were friends there for many years. She was always kind and sweet to Fred and me.
Fred and I pray that God will grant your family comfort and peace in the coming days. We also pray that God's Light Perpetual will shine on the soul of Myra and that He will grant her entrance into the land of Light and Joy.
