

Known for her love of nature and animals and she was an exceptional artist and woodcarver, Nancy will be dearly missed by all who knew her. Nancy’s family asks that she be remembered for the joy she brought to others in life not the sadness of her passing. She is preceded in death by her loving husband Donald Ray Crippen, her parents James Wesley Williams and Bertha Manning Williams, and her sibling’s James “Brother” Williams, Sarah Francis Shell, and Julia Spicer. She is survived by her loving daughter Darlene Crippen Henry (Michael Henry), her grandchildren, Juston M Henry and Adrienne Henry Brooks (Curtis Brooks), her great grandchildren Dalton Thomas, Camden Brooks, and Logan Brooks and an extended family of nieces and nephews.
A private ceremony will be held at Leak Memory Chapel, on June 20, 2023 and the family will receive guest there at 10:00 am for visitation, a chapel service will be held at 11:00 am, officiated by David Phillips followed by a graveside service. Flowers and donations to Nature Conservancy of Alabama and Montgomery Humane Society are welcome but not necessary.
