Nella Jones Skinner, 81, of Montgomery passed away November 3, 2017. She was preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Ethel Jones; sister Carlotta Taylor; two brothers; her husband, Robert Wade Skinner; son Cody Wade Skinner; and daughter Lori Skinner-Thomas.
Nella Jones Skinner is survived by three children, Karla Skinner (Donnie) Heuman; Leigh Ann Skinner (David) Joyner; and Margaret Skinner (Ricky) Stapp. She was known to her grandchildren Sara Deyo Foggy, Loren Cody Jackson, and Erin Thomas (Matthew) Hammonds as "Nanny". "Nanny" is also survived by numerous special great and great-great grandchildren..
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 9, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. at Leak Memory Chapel, with celebration of life service to follow at 2:00 p.m. in Greenwood Cemetery.
