Nellie Lillian Balcom, age 91, of Montgomery, AL,, passed away on Saturday, December 27, 2014. Visitation will be from 9:00 until 9:45 with graveside services following at 10:00am on Thursday, January 1, 2015, at Greenwood Cemetery with Rev. David McVay officiating.Mrs. Balcom was preceded in death by her husband of 72 years, Alfred Balcom. She is survived by her children, Joanne Buyea, Patricia Hedgecock, Jerry Balcom, Alan Balcom, Richard Balcom, Linda Blocker, Marianne Lansdon and Judith Balcom; 18 grandchildren and a host of great-grandchildren.
