

Mrs. Nellie Fay (Memaw) Coker, 75, who resided in Montgomery, Al., went home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Wednesday, May 31, 2017 at her residence. She is preceded in death by her husband; William C. Coker and their son; William M. Coker, and their daughter; Coral L. Coker and her parents; Bernice Kenney and Louise Perryman. She is survived by her children; Becky (Steve) Brassfield, Lorreen (David) Green, Raymond Coker, Vannessa Coker Ellis and Jessica Fail; two sisters; Debi Kenney Holloway and Mellissa Kenney Griffin; 15 grandchildren; Jenny Mustin, Shawn Coker, Steve Brassfield, Katie Brassfield, David Green III, Tiffany Fay Bazzell, Maranda Coker, Sandy Coker, Sarah Coker, Raymond Coker, Crawford Coker, David Fail III, Jeremy Fail, Danielle Ellis and Tabitha Ellis. Mrs. Nellie Fay Coker was a loving mother who accepted everyone for who they were. She was everyone's confidant, who was an avid reader, loved fishing and the game show, Jeopardy. A Celebration of Life Graveside Service will be held on Saturday, June 3, 2017 at 12:00pm in Greenwood Cemetery officiated by Pastor Jerry May. There will be a public visitation from 11:00-11:45am in the chapel of White Chapel-Greenwood Funeral prior to the graveside service. Active pallbearers will be Steven Brassfield, David Green III, Raymond Coker, Crawford Coker, David Fail and Jeremy Fail. Mrs. Coker was a Jehovah Witness by faith.
