I did not meet your precious mother until she came to Heritage Baptist Church several years ago. She was an example of a fine Christian lady and a wonderful, dedicated Sunday School teacher. She will be missed!

So sorry for your loss. I live 7 houses from Mrs Nelma and talked to her often. I also worked at Baptist hospital for 20 years and saw her there many days. She was very kind and friendly and will be missed.

Miss Nelma was such a sweet Godly woman. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her. I knew her from Mcgehee Rd Baptist and she was a very close friend to my mother in law Jean Taylor. She served her Lord and family well.

Nancy I am so sorry for your loss. Nelma was a dear friend from our days in Montgomery. I spent many hours with her as one of the original “card girls”. We played canasta, you and Paige played dolls. Nelma was the ultimate Christian lady. May you find peace in the coming days knowing you will see her again.

Nancy, I am so sorry for your loss. Your mother was a wonderful Christian lady. When I worked with her at the Southeastern branch, she was a daily inspiration to me for the way to live and raise my boys. In the past few years I have enjoyed visiting with her at the fitness center. I know you will miss her terribly, as will I, but we know she’s in a better place!

In sympathy,
Dianne Russell
