Nina Ruth Wiggins

Nina Ruth Wiggins, age 90, passed on June 24, 2026. Born December 6, 1935, in Alabama. She is preceded in death by her parents, Henry Walter Jackson and Ruth Rebecca Wallace Jackson; her son, Robert Earl Wiggins; her brothers, M.G. Jackson, Mack Jackson, Clayton Jackson, and Lamon Jackson; and her sisters, Bonnie Walters, Nell Hackney, Marge Grey, and Daphene Nichols.

She is survived by her husband of 74 years, whom she married in 1952, Earl Wiggins; sons, James David and Charles Andrew; her daughters, Olivia Carol Rhodes (Bill) and Teresa Ellen Kelly (Mark); and her grandchildren, Jennifer Crowe (Robert), Ellen Frye (Will), David Wiggins, Elizabeth Bowman (Terry), Andrew Wiggins (Marie), Robert Wiggins, Jason Wiggins (KayCee), Jeffrey Wiggins, Nathan Kelly (Anna), and Meredith Kelly along with a host of great grandchildren, nephews and nieces.

Nina was deeply loved and will be dearly missed by her family and friends.

A Family and Friends Visitation will be held at White Chapel-Greenwood Funeral Home, 909 Lincoln Road, Montgomery, AL 36109, on June 29, 2026, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am.  

A Celebration of Life will be held at White Chapel-Greenwood Funeral Home, 909 Lincoln Road, Montgomery, AL 36109, on June 29, 2026, at 11:00 am, with graveside service to follow at Greenwood Cemetery 909 Lincoln Rd, Montgomery, AL 36109.
