

Olgia Rogers Crowe, 99, passed from this life on May 7, 2025. A celebration of her life will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 13, 2025, at Liberty Church of Christ, 15096 U.S. Highway 31, Hope Hull, AL, with Leak Memory Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be one hour prior at 10:00 a.m. Burial at Forest Hills Cemetery, Snowdoun, AL.
She is preceded in death by her parents, John A. and Corine Rogers, her older sister, Evelyn Rogers, and her husband of 69 years, Quentin R. Crowe. She is survived by three daughters and their husbands: Evelyn & Dale Lundy, Ruth & Mark Yarbrough, and Claire & Curtis Warwick, nine grandchildren: Ryan & Christine Lundy, Alisa & Frederic Cognard, Jordan & Kacey Lundy, Nate & Lori Yarbrough, Travis & Heather Yarbrough, Quentin Keele, Trevor & Kayla Keele, Jacy Warwick, and Brett & BethAnn Warwick, and seventeen great-grandchildren.
Born and raised near Highland Home, Alabama, she graduated at the top of her class in 1942 before moving to Montgomery, where she married Quentin Crowe in June 1948 and happily raised three daughters.
Olgia worked for Selective Service before she married and later Veterans Administration and the Internal Revenue Service. Olgia and Quentin were part of Faulker University in the early days, when it was Alabama Christian College on Ann Street. They lived in Connecticut, Texas, and Alabama, and were active members of the church wherever they went.
Olgia enjoyed sewing, quilting, cooking, camping, and traveling. After their retirement, Olgia and Quentin continued their life of service to others well into their 80s, taking care of “the old people.” When they were no longer able to travel, Olgia cared for her husband through a five-year illness until his death in 2018. Olgia will be remembered for her hospitality, good southern cooking, love for her family, and her enduring faith.
