Mr. Bailey was a member of Fannin Road Baptist Church. He is preceded in death by a brother Cecil Bailey and his stepson Kenneth R. Wilson. He is survived by his wife of 20 years, Betty J. Bailey, stepdaughter Linda W. Cole and husband Greg, grandchildren Miles Cole, Joshua Cole, Mason Cole and wife Heather, Zachariah L. Wilson and wife Carla, LaVon Sawyer and Malorie Wilson, fourteen grandchildren and a sister Gloria Baker Hamilton.
A visitation for Paul will be held Tuesday, March 7, 2023 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Leak Memory Chapel, 945 Lincoln Road, Montgomery, AL 36109. A Chapel service immediately following 1pm. A Graveside committal service will be held at 2pm at Montgomery Memorial Cemetery.
