Penalton "Pen" Nevarra Lloyd

was born September 13,1935. He is preceded in death by his wife, Ruby

Twynette Armstrong Lloyd; son, Steven Nevarra Lloyd; parents, Gilbert H. Lloyd,

and Betty Mae Saucer Lloyd; and sister, Florice A. Lloyd McCarter. He is survived

by his daughter, Karen E. Lloyd Mowry (Todd); grandchildren, Skylar Blaine

McDonald, Spencer Layne Mowry, and Sydney Twynette Mowry; brother, Kirce

W. Lloyd (Brenda); close friend, Sue Cobb; and numerous nieces, nephews, and

other extended family.

Penalton proudly served 22 years in the United States Air Force and retired as

Chief Master Sergeant (CMSgt). He was an active member of Eastmont Baptist

Church and could always be found serving others.

Visitation for Penalton will be Tuesday, November 9, 2021, at Leak Memory

Chapel from 6:00pm - 8:00pm and Funeral Services will be on Wednesday,

November 10, 2021, at 2:00pm. Rev. Mike Northcutt officiating.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Eastmont Baptist Church Missions

Fund, 4505 Atlanta Highway, Montgomery, AL 36109.
