Byrd, Rachel Annette, 71, a resident of Tallassee, AL., passed away March 22, 2013. She went home to be with her loving husbands, John Henry Capps and Julius Jack Byrd. Survivors include her children, Johnny “Monty” Capps, Johnna Dandridge, Jason “BoBo” Byrd (Karen), Dewayne ”Bodie” Byrd (Pamela Breedlove, Jackie Byrd); grandchildren, Angela Shaw, Nicole Dandridge, Courtney, Anthony, Brandon, Mathew, Jareit, and Alexis Byrd; great-grandchildren, Desirea and Kevin Shaw, Chase and Chad Lamar; brothers and sisters, Ollie, Bobby, and Frankie Cain, Thelma Mason and Debbie Kennedy; lots of loving nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at Leak Memory Chapel, Tuesday, March 26th at 3:00pm with visitation one hour prior. Burial will be at Montgomery Memorial Cemetery.
