Reggie McDonald went to be with the Lord on January 11, 2020. Reggie was a good father, a cherished friend, and a die-hard Alabama fan. He was also a devoted employee of Walmart for the past 31 years. As a proud Christian, Reggie enjoyed rejoicing in the Lord and spreading Christ’s teachings all over the United States and the world. Mission work brought him joy and many true friends. He will be missed by many. He was preceded in death by his parents, Dewey Earl McDonald and Hellen Warren McDonald. Reggie is survived by his sons, Jason Scott McDonald (Gretchen Kay) and Christopher Lee McDonald; his grandchildren, Skylar Blaine McDonald, Alexis Lela McDonald and Logan Scott McDonald; his brothers, Malcom McDonald (Mary Ann) and Robin McDonald (Janis); several nieces and nephews, countless friends and co-workers. Visitation will be Tuesday, January 21, 2020, at 1:00pm at Morningview Baptist Church in Montgomery with a service to follow at 2:00pm. Burial will be at Oakwood Cemetery Annex.
