Richard William Grah Jr., age 66, of Titus, Alabama passed away on Wednesday, April 17, 2024. Richard spent his life in the Montgomery area working in various positions in the construction field, with his last position being superintendent with a local general contractor.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Richard William Grah, Sr. and Alice McCammon Grah, sister Patsy, his mother-in-law, Floy Winslett, and sister-in-law, Donna Holcomb. He leaves to cherish his memories his loving wife of 28 years, Linda, his father-in-law Fred (Judy), step-daughters Tina (Lance) and Cynthia (Daniel) and their sons McKay, Austin and Javan, brothers-in law and their wives (Roger, Thom, Bruce and Philip) and sister-in-law (Carolyn) and her husband, a sister, Alice, several nieces and nephews, numerous work buddies, and his brothers and sisters in Christ.
A people person who delighted in making people smile, Richard enjoyed playing the guitar and singing. He liked to build and always had several projects going and he enjoyed gardening, especially his tomatoes and watermelon patch. An active member of University Church of Christ, he will be missed by all who knew him.
A visitation is scheduled for 10:00 AM followed by a memorial service celebrating his life at 11:00 AM Saturday, April 27, 2024 at University Church of Christ, 5315 Atlanta Highway in Montgomery.
