He was preceded in death by his parents Bernard and Ilene Fussell, wife Wanda Fussell, and siblings Richard and Gloria Jean Fussell. He is survived by his sons, Marcus Fussell (Margarita), Justin Kyle Fussell, and brother Braxton Fussell; who will honor his memory and carry forward his legacy.
Ronnie will be remembered for the life he lived, the love he shared, and the lasting memories he leaves with family and friends. Known as “Boogie” growing up and even later in life he enjoyed times spent sitting outside on the porch while he enjoyed his cigar. The loves of his life were his wife and the Alabama Crimson Tide, neither could do no wrong.
Those who knew him will cherish the moments they shared and the impact he had on their lives.
Friends and family are invited to gather on Tuesday, July 21, 2026, beginning at 10:00 a.m., with a service to follow at 11:00 a.m. at Leak Memorial.
