Bertha Ruth Mercer Guy, beloved mother and grandmother, passed away on December 26, 2020 after an extended illness. She was preceded in death by her husband, Eldred Patrick Guy; her parents, Francis Alma Mercer & Pearl Allen Mercer; and her siblings, Charles Edward Mercer, Bobby Frank Mercer, and Alma Frances Mercer. Survivors include her son, Tommy Edward Guy; her grandchildren, Pamela May, David Guy; great grandchildren, Mary Katherine Ovesen (Kyle), Annabelle May, Kaitlyn Guy, Dylan Guy; great great grandchild, Mia Jane Ovesen; brother, Jimmy O’Neil Mercer (Oma); as well as several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be on Sunday, January 3, 2020 at 1:00pm at Leak Memory Chapel with a graveside service at 2:00pm at Greenwood Cemetery. Dr. Jim Graham officiating.
