Camp Hughes, 9, was born on August 19, 2008 and entered his heavenly home June 4, 2018. Camp was preceded in death by his grandfather, Jerry Camp. Camp is survived by his parents, Todd and Amanda Hughes, sister, Amelia Hughes, grandparents, Bert and Linda Hughes and Kay Camp. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and many cousins.
Camp had a very unique, whimsical personality and a strong will. He fought his long, courageous battle with cancer for over 4 years with a hopeful and joyful spirit. He loved life, family and his “Froggy”. Most of all, he loved Jesus.
A Celebration of Life Service for Camp will be held June 10, 2018 at 3 PM at First Baptist Church with a visitation from 1-3 PM. Burial will follow at Greenwood Cemetery.
