Sandra Herrington

She is preceded in death by her parents, Guy Coolidge Caplinger and Evelyn Thompson Caplinger; husband of 29 years, Charles Leonard Herrington; and her grandparents, Elma Cope Thompson and Cora Ellen Williams.

She is survived by her sister-in-law, Cathy Herrington Borden (Ruffin); her niece, Brook Duke (Anthony) and their children, Bryce and Cece; along with her niece, Blakely Williams (Hunter) and their children, Jude, Jasper, and Winnie.

Sandra retired from working as a secretary for the Montgomery Police Department. She was deeply loved by her family, and she will be dearly missed.

Acting as Pallbearers will be Brad Williams, Mason Williams, Carl Boyd, Bryce Duke, Jude Williams, and Jasper Williams.

Memorial Donations can be made to Landmark Church of Christ "Least of These" ministry.

A private family graveside service will be held at Greenwood Serenity Memorial Gardens, 909 Lincoln Road, Montgomery, Alabama 36109, on November 1, 2026, at 11:00 am.
