Sephronia Ann "Didi" Gaddy, age 85, of Montgomery, Alabama passed away on Friday, August 23, 2024. Born in Black Mountain, North Carolina, to Briscoe and Pauline Parker, lived in Montgomery the last four decades. She is preceded in death by her parents, Briscoe and Pauline Parker and a special daughter-in-law, Ramona Gaddy.
She is survived by her beloved husband of 65 years, Thomas "Big D" Gaddy; her children, Tommy Gaddy Jr., Kenny (Jayne) Gaddy and Jeff (Sheri) Gaddy; grandchildren Elliot (Lakyn) Gaddy, Alan (Morgan) Gaddy; and great grandchildren, Kennedy and Cooper Gaddy; as well as her siblings, Elaine Bartlett, Dora Craig, Andrew Parker and Ronnie Parker.
She will be remembered as a 40-year member of Bridgeview Baptist Church, but the love of her life was her family, her husband, children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
A visitation for Didi will be held Wednesday, August 28, 2024, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at External Service Location, 1460 Anderson Rd, Montgomery, AL 36110, followed by a celebration of life at 11:00 AM.
In lieu of flowers, memorial in Didi's honor may be sent to Bridgeview Baptist Church.
