Brown, Shawn Quinton, a lifelong resident of Montgomery passed away on Wednesday, October 26, 2011. Graveside services will be held on Friday, October 28 at 11:00 AM. at the Titus Baptist Church, 6930 Titus Road, Titus, AL. Shawn was born December 4, 1957 and graduated from GW Carver High School before attending Huntingdon College. He was employed at Validata Computer & Research for 27 years. Shawn was preceded in death by his father, Edgar Allen Brown. He is survived by his mother, Ileana S. Brown; his brother Eric A. Brown (Janice Thompson); his dear friend George Stuart of Atlanta, GA; his aunts Alice Jo Carter, Jamalyn Smith, Itura Smith, Ola Baker; a number of cousins; and his family of co-workers at Validata Computer.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in his memory to the Montgomery Humane Society and designated for the Montgomery Dog Park project.
