Suzanne Hrubala, born on June 25, 1932, passed away on December 18, 2025, at the age of 93 a resident of Montgomery, Alabama. Suzanne was an independent woman who lived and enjoyed life on her own terms.
She was an accomplished cook and baker who took pride in preparing favorite dishes for others. She was especially known for her holiday cookies, making hundreds each season and took great joy in sharing them. Suzanne valued health and well-being and spent many years swimming regularly at the YMCA of Greater Montgomery.
She was a long time member of Agudath Israel synagogue and remained deeply committed to her faith throughout her life.
Suzanne was preceded in death by her husband, Emil J. Hrubala. She is survived by her daughters, Anne Hrubala of New York, New York, and Ruth Hrubala of Washington D.C., and her son, Steven Hrubala of Alexandria, Virginia.
A graveside service will be held at Greenwood Serenity Memorial Gardens, located at 909 Lincoln Rd, Montgomery, Alabama, on December 23, 2025, at 2:00 pm.
Suzanne's memory will live on in the hearts of her family and friends.
