She was preceded in death by her parents, Richard and Pearl Tolbert.
Sybil is survived by her husband, Albert G. Parrish Sr.; son, Albert G. (Kim) Parrish Jr.; daughter, Vicky E. Cooley; sister, Peggy White; grandchildren, Ashley Bischoff, Brandon Varney, Gaylon Whitman, Jillian Dempsey, Christine Allen, Aubrey Parrish, and Brandon Meadows; and great-grandchildren, Taelynn Nelson, Cali Picucci, Dylan Tate, Amelia Dempsey, Grey Dempsey.
A Visitation will be held at Leak Memory Chapel on Sunday, November 27, 2016 from 1:00pm-2:00pm with a Celebration of Life service at 2:00pm. Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery.
