Fay was our "across-the-street" neighbor from 1999 through 2008, and became a friend for life.  She and Jim were quick to get to know us, and Jim helped us build new countertops for our kitchen. Fay let our kids pick apples from her tree, and brought back toys for our children from her many travels with her son to exotic places. She so enjoyed those trips, and loved her family. We had many conversations and times with her: chatting on her porch, or in her living room, in the driveway or on the street during a walk. She kept our pets when we were out of town, and also rescued us when our stove broke, allowing my wife to cook pizzas in her oven for a birthday party for one of our children.  We regret we were not able to drop by this past holiday season to catch up with her. She was such a wonderful neighbor and friend.  We will miss her.  God bless your family during this time.

Fay was such a good neighbor and friend to us. We lived directly across the street from 1999 through 2008.  She and Jim quickly became friends: Jim helped us replace the countertops in our kitchen, and Fay was always so welcoming and friendly.  She cared for our pets when we were out of town, and let our kids pick apples from a tree in her yard. My wife turned to her when our stove broke down, and she graciously let us cook pizzas in her oven for a birthday party. She was so friendly to our children, us, and others on the street. She brought toys back for our kids from her travels and had wonderful experiences on several trips with her son to exotic places. She enjoyed these trips and loved her family. It was always a joy to spend time chatting with her on her porch or in her living room, or on the street during a walk. We regret that we were not able to stop by to visit her during this last holiday season.  Neighbors like her are hard to find, and very special.  We will miss her friendship. Mrs. Hill was such a super strong lady of great character. She led by example.
She loved being outdoors, walking with her canine baby, Cinnamon. Sometimes you wondered "who was walking who?" But those two really loved each other.
We loved Mrs. Hill's quick and dry wit and admired her intelligence.
As she learned of her sickness, she expressed to us that she had a good enjoyable life, and had lived it to the fullest. She faced death like a good soldier, and was ready to join her God, and her family, especially James, on the other side.
Family, we share in your sorrow and we deeply miss her presence.

This lady "Ms Fay" was truly a friend for the past few years. She ask me to start walking with her and some other ladies on our street and we all just hit it off so well. I will miss my dear friend and the talks we had every morning. We loved solving the worlds problems together. Mike, Ricky and Pam thank you for letting me share your mom, she was the best.
