Harris, Travis Griggs, age 58, passed away at his home on Monday, July 18, 2011. Mr. Harris was the co- owner of Bama Sash & Door Company. He was preceded in death by his wife, Shelia Cauthen Harris and his father, Morris Harris. He is survived by his mother, Benye Griggs Harris; a son, Travis Harris; daughter, Brittany Harris; granddaughter, Kylie Cook and a brother, Eddie (Cheryl) Harris. Funeral services will be held at Leak Memory Chapel on Thursday, July 21, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. with Reverend Gary Burton officitaing. Burial will follow at 3:30 p.m. in a family cemetery in Ramer, Al. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 20, 2011 from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Leak Memory Chapel. Donations can be made to Alacare Hospice or to the Montgomery Cancer Center.
