

PRITCHETT, Walter Eldon, Jr., 91, passed away November 19, 2014.He was a proud veteran who served for twenty-six years and served in WWII, The Korean War and The Vietnam War. He was preceded in death by his parents, Walter E. Pritchett, Sr., Vera Snider Pritchett; wife, Helen Reynolds Pritchett and sisters Laura Mae Rogers and Clyde Bush. He is survived by his wife of 18 years, Lillian Juanita Talley Tarsa Pritchett; daughters, Reba Lynn P. Lisenby, (Tony) and Rose Marye P. Patton, all of Montgomery, Al.; step-daughters, Debra Anita Tarsa Whitley (Bill) of Flowery Branch, Ga., and Donna Karen Tarsa Burnett (Michael) of Lizella, Ga.; sisters, Belle Faulk of Autaugaville, Al. and Eunice Talley of Chamblee, Ga.; ten grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren, and two great-great grandchildren. Pallbearers will be grandsons. Honorary pall bearers will be Tony Lisenby, Bill Whitley and Dr. Michael Burnett. The funeral services will be Saturday, November 22, at Leak-Memory Chapel at 10:00 am with visitation at 9:00 am. Burial will follow at Forest Hills Cemetery. The services will be officiated by Pastor Carolyn J. Nelson of Whitfield United Methodist Church of which Walter was a member. Memorials may be made to the American Lung Association at 55 W.
