Wayne Mathaniel Cain began his life on March 8, 1942 and went home to be with the Lord on March 25, 2021. He was preceded in death by his father Acie Cain, mother Hassie Cain, father in law Jim Jackson, mother in law Jewel Jackson, and brother in law Tim Jackson, all of whom he dearly loved.
Wayne spent nearly 59 years married to his high school sweetheart, Jennie Jackson Cain. Together they have a daughter Jessica Cain Murphy, son in law Ben, and granddaughter Alex.
Wayne was passionate about his work at Edwards Plumbing Company, fishing throughout Alabama & Florida and hunting. He always felt closest to the Lord being in nature. Wayne dedicated his life to his family and close friends, including those at Eastmont Baptist Church. But his greatest joy was being Pop to Alex.
He will be incredibly missed on earth but we rejoice in seeing him soon in Heaven.
