He was preceded in death by his father, Robert E. Fisher, Sr.; and his uncle, Billy Fisher.
Survivors include his children, LeeAnn Ragsdale, Wiley Fisher, Will Fisher; granddaughters, Mackenzie Ragsdale, Nevaeh Fisher; mother, Nancy E. Fisher; brother, Bobby J. Fisher; uncles, Wiley Phillips, Robert Phillips, John Phillips; aunts, Clair Roberson, and Wila Halbert.
Pallbearers will be Robert Phillips, David Phillips, Seth Phillips, Wiley Daniel Phillips, Dillon Tillery, and Kohner Johnson.
The funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM, Saturday, May 28, 2016 at Leak Memory Chapel with Pastor Daryl Freeman from Lighthouse Pentecostal Church officiating. The burial will follow at Greenwood Serenity Cemetery. The family will begin to accept friends at 1:00 PM, prior to the service. Leak Memory Chapel is directing.
