Wiley Abner Phillips Jr, 88 of Wetumpka passed away on August 31, 2016. He is survived by his wife of 69 years, Dorothy Phillips, 3 daughters; Sandra Robinson (Mike), Donna Reid (Phil), Lorraine Yarn ( Walter) and 1 Son Wiley Phillips (Susan) 3 sisters; Claire, Nancy, Wila and 2 brothers; Robert and Johnny, 9 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild.
