Easterling, William Dan, age 82, long time resident of Montgomery passed away Thursday, July 15, 2010. He is survived by his wife, Jo Ann Easterling; sister, Ann Wells (Jerrie); daughter, Susan Gardner (Buddy), and son, Mike Easterling (Debbie); four grandchildren, Brooke Gardner, Payton Gardner, Drew Easterling and John Easterling; and two nieces, Sarah Fekete and Margaret Patke. He is preceded in death by his parents, Nathan and Flossie Easterling. He was compassionate and kind to all he met and will be greatly missed but fondly remembered by all who knew and loved him. He was a loving husband of 58 years, father and grandfather. Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 17, 2010 at Leak Memory Chapel from 9:00 until 10:00 a.m. A Graveside service will follow immediately in Greenwood Cemetery at 10:00 am. with Rev. Mike Cassity officiating. Pallbearers will be the deacons of Ridgecrest Baptist Church where he was a member for 57 years.
