JOHNSON, William Rush, 64, a lifetime resident of Montgomery, Alabama, passed away Sunday, August 7, 2016 after a lengthy battle with cancer. A graveside service will be held Tuesday, August 9, 2016 at 12:00 p.m. in Greenwood Cemetery with Rev. Bill Tucker officiating. Mr. Johnson was preceded in death by his father, James Noel Johnson (Jimmy) and is survived by his loving mother, Mary Ann Johnson; brother, James Noel Johnson, Jr.; sister, Mary Johnson Goodwyn (Bill); nephews, William Bibb Goodwyn, IV (Lee), John Fleming Goodwyn, (Laura), James Noel Johnson, III; nieces, Jill Johnson Leach (Stuart), and Lindsey Goodwyn Barker (Chris); great nephews, Tyler Bennitt Johnson, William Bibb Goodwyn, V (Bibb); and Greeley James Goodwyn; great niece, Jill Grace Leach.
