William Allen King Sr.

William Allen King Sr., age 87, of Montgomery, Alabama passed away on Wednesday, December 27, 2021. Bill was born June 24, 1933 to Jesse Lee King and Verna Alene Woodruff King. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Eleanor Faye Fincher King; a son, Kenneth Ray King; a daughter, Cynthia Ann Bailey; and a brother, John Frank King. Bill is survived by his son, William "Billy" Allen King Jr. (Loretta); his daughter, Linda Knighton (Paul); 15 grandchildren and many great grandchildren.

Mr. King enjoyed cooking for others. He owned/operated King's Fine Foods and after retirement cooked at the Montgomery Country Club. Bill enjoyed watching westerns and collecting western memorabilia.

A visitation for William will be held Friday, December 31, 2021 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at Leak Memory Chapel, 945 Lincoln Rd, Montgomery, Alabama 36109. Following the visitation will be a graveside service at 1:30 PM at Rocky Mount Cemetery, Highland Home, AL.
