
William Standring Yougene III, a lifelong resident of Montgomery, AL, passed away at the age of 77. He went to high school at William's School before going on to get his Undergraduate Degree at Huntingdon College and then his Graduate Degree at The University of Alabama. William was a member of The Montgomery Genealogical Society.
He was preceded in death by his parents, William Standring Yougene Jr. and Elizabeth West Yougene (Bibber); and great-nephew, James F. Cronier (survived by his wife, Christy C. Cronier).
William is survived by his sister, Betty Y. Johnson; his nieces, Betty J. Cronier (John) and Carolyn J. Nolen (Rodney); his nephew, Hunter H. Johnson III; his great-nieces, Celia C. Potter (Brian), Elizabeth N. Coley (Michael), Mabson Seay (James), and Mary Claiborne Johnson; his great-nephews, John H. Cronier (Joan), Hunter H. Johnson IV, and Gray P. Johnson; his great-grand nieces, McKee Cronier, Katie Potter, Anne Lauris Stewart, and Scarlett Coley; and his great-grand nephews, Will Potter, Jackson Cronier, Tapley Cronier, and Charley Cronier.
A Memorial Service in thanksgiving of his life will be held at Leak Memory Chapel on Thursday, October 19, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. with Pastor Scotty Harris officiating. Visitation will follow the memorial service, at 105 Arrowhead Dr.
