Smith Duquet, Alice Isabel passed away peacefully on November 10, 2011 at Mount Sinai Hospital, in Montreal, Quebec at the age of 89 with her daughter Joanne Sampson (Calgary) at her side. She was predeceased by her husband John Allan Sampson, and brothers Colin McKenzie and Kenneth Wallace Smith. She was cremated and will be buried in Vermont alongside her immediate family in a private service.
