It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Catherine Russell, at the age of 74 years old. Rena, as she was fondly known by her friends, passed away after a short illness, in Montreal on July 1st, 2025.
Rena was born on April 23rd, 1951, in Glasgow, Scotland, and emigrated to Canada when she was 19 years old. She had a very Scottish sense of humor and was always willing to help those less fortunate. She will be deeply missed by many.
