Dear Barb and Family,

I was down south on vacation and just made aware of Desi's death. Please accept my sincere condolences.
Desi and I were the best of friends in Grades 1 and 2 and attended St Francis Borgia. I believe the family then moved from Walkley Ave. Years later, I would run into Desi from time to time until the last time about 10-15 years ago. I believe he was doing rock landscaping if my memory serves me correctly.

I doubt you'll remember me but I just wanted to pass on my sympathies. I was shocked to hear of his passing.

If it's not too much trouble, I would like to attend the burial ceremony if it's open to people outside of family.

I stumbled upon this over some research, and I hope my message will not be inappropriate.

I want to wish my dearest sympathies to M. Jones family. I am pretty sure that my dad received one of his organs, and for that I wanted to thank you for this. On January 22nd, we thought about our donor's family soo much and were with you in spirit.

Thank you for giving my dad the opportunity to stay with us a little longer and to have the chance to see his grand-kids grow a little more.

I know my message will not bring him back, but know that his heart will continue beating for us but for his family too. Thank you, thank you for allowing this and please accept my dearest condolences.

I am so sad to hear this news. Dez was a very pleasant n respectful person, it was always a pleasure to run into him.
