Giuseppe was a member at the Henri Bradet day center with my mom Donna (who passed last April) and when the day center closed, and I began working at st Margaret’s day center, I was privileged to continue the rapport Giuseppe and my mom had. Giuseppe made everyone feel seen. I remember he used to always quote a certain Italian movie scene when he would see me because there was an actress named Amanda. It never failed to
 make my day brighter Today, he crossed my mind and here I am, saddened to hear of his passing but reading a beautiful obituary about an extraordinary man. It gives me peace to know my mom and Giuseppe and all the other day center clients who we have known and lost are together in the after life, likely dancing and laughing like they always were. My deepest condolences to the family, what a gift it must have been to be apart of his family.

Zio, I will forever remember you as a special gentle person with this lovely smile. Unfortunately we did not often meet each other and I did not had the opportunity to come and see you in Canada but nevertheless you were often in my mind and I remember how often my dad mentioned you with a smile in his face. Remember when my dad was younger writing letters to his brother in Canada. Sometimes I wondered why he did not come with you to begin a new life over the ocean...I regret that very much.. But I was so happy for my parents that they came to Canada in  1995. It was a big adventure and such a joy and both often talked about this wonderful time with you and the family ❤️ thank you for this beautiful memories and for being such a wonderful Zio ❤️ you will be missed, I will never forget you 🙏

Whenever I would be in a room with my father and my son,  my grandfather would point at each of us, naming our generations with a sense of pride in his eyes. He was proud and happy to see how much our family grew. I hope to one day share that same joy.

My sincerest Heartfelt condolences to the Venturella Family and Friends and caregiver Gloria.  l had the honor of getting to know Mr Venturella at the Henri Bradet Residence.  Mr. Venturella shared with us his passion for the Garden, Italian Cooking and singing. He was a kind hearted man with a Spirit in him who enjoyed life to the fullest. He had a knack to bring together residents who he met on his floor to the Recreation Room and share his skills of growing the biggest zucchini and best tasting basil this side of NDG. Those memories will remain close to our Hearts. Gratis Mon amici.

I was deeply saddened to hear about the passing of my dear uncle Giuseppe. Please accept my heartfelt condolences. He was such a kind and caring person who always made sure to stay in touch, no matter the distance between us. The bond he shared with my father Antonio was truly special, and it was clear how much they meant to each other.

I have only the fondest memories of him. When I first visited Canada in October 2001, he welcomed me into his home, and together with all the family, they made my stay an unforgettable experience. I returned to visit him and our relatives twice more, and each time, I felt his warmth and genuine love. When he met my husband Marcus and daughter Sophia, he embraced them as if they had always been part of the family.

His kindness, his dedication to staying connected, and his open heart are qualities that I will always cherish. He was truly a special person who made a difference in the lives of everyone around him, and his presence will be deeply missed.

My thoughts are with you and the whole family during this difficult time. Please know that you have my deepest sympathy, and I wish you strength and comfort as you navigate through your grief.
