Guillermo Nunez

It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of our father and grandfather Guillermo Nunez, at the age of 83 years, beloved husband of the late Luisa Nunez. He was predeceased by his brother Nestor and his sisters Candida (Ramon) and Luisa.

Guillermo was a man with tremendous strength and resilience, his life was one of generosity, hospitality and true friendship.

He will be dearly missed and lovingly remembered by his children Ana (Jimmy), Joe (Jodi), Lucy (Carmine) his loving grandchildren Marina, Christopher, John and Jessica, as well as his sisters Emilia, Rita (the late Tino) and his brother Pepe (Moni), nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.

on Sunday, September 30, 2018 from 5 to 9 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Monday, October 1, 2018 at 11:30 a.m. in the chapel of the funeral home, thence to the Notre-Dame-des-Neiges Cemetery for interment.

Special thanks to the caring and compassionate nurses of ICU, doctors and staff at the Jewish General hospital. In lieu of flowers, a donation in Guillermo’s memory to a charity of your choice, will be greatly appreciated.

His memory will live on in the lives of everyone he touched and inspired.
