Honorata (Pascual) Alfaro

In loving memory of Honorata Pascual Alfaro, a devoted wife and mother who has now joined her beloved husband Gregorio Alfaro in eternal peace. Her life was a testament to love, resilience, and unwavering strength, even in the face of loss.

Nanay was cherished by her children, Leonides, Christopher, and Shiela, along with their spouses Francisca, Ramela, and Miguel. She found immense joy and fulfillment in her grandchildren: Rene Christopher, Leilanie, Patrick, Shanie, Paris, Erika, Christian, Paul Albert, Rommel, Pia, Lenica, Rowin, Matthew, and Nikolas, as well as her great-grandchildren.

She also leaves behind her sisters, Corazon, Gloria, and Teresita.

Honorata is forever remembered alongside her departed children, Cynthia, Rowena, and Joseph, as well as her departed siblings Pedro, Miguel, Segunda, and Antonio.

Honorata peacefully departed this life on March 11th, 2024, at the age of 98, surrounded by loved ones at the Jewish General Hospital in Montréal. Though her physical presence may be gone, her spirit and the cherished memories she created will forever endure in the hearts of all who were touched by her kindness and love. May she find eternal peace and joyful reunion with her beloved husband and children, as she continues to watch over her family from above.

A viewing will be held with the family at Centre funéraire Côte-des-neiges (4525, Chemin de la Côte-des-neiges, Montreal, QC on Monday, March 18th, 2024 from 12 noon to 9PM. A funeral mass will follow on Tuesday, March 19th, 2024 at St. Kevin’s Parish (5600 Chem. de la Côte-des-Neiges, Montréal, QC H3T 1Z1) at 10:30AM.
