Jacqueline (Ghislaine) Devault

Jacqueline (Ghislaine) Devault Morton passed away on Friday, July 7, 2023 at the age of 93 years. She was born on December 4, 1929 in Montreal, Quebec, the daughter of the late Napoleon Devault and Clara Archambault.

She was predeceased in death by her ex-husband, Clive Charles Morton. She graduated from St. Angelas Private School for Girls, Montreal, QC in 1949, attended Lachine College, Lachine, QC from 1949-1951 and Notre Dame Secretarial School, Montreal, QC from 1951-1952. She worked several years as an executive secretary in Canada and in the United States. She enjoyed travel and was an avid bridge player for many years.

She is survived by her daughter Natalie Morton Robinson (Jeffery), Crosby, Texas, two grandchildren, Eric Robinson (Kayla), Wrigley Robinson (Great Granddaughter), Fort Collins, Colorado; Tara Bartholow (Ty), Crosby, Texas; sister, Genevieve Devault Clement, Outremont, QC; niece, Stephanie Clement (Jean-François Fyfe) Pierrefonds, QC, Gabriel and Simon Lemyre (Sons of Stephanie); nephew, Eloi Clement (Nathalie Boulanger), Saint-Laurent, QC, many cousins of the Archambault Family and friends.

Burial will be held at Saint-Louis-de-Gonzague Cemetery 146 Rue Principale, Saint-Louis-de-Gonzague, QC on Saturday, July 15, 2023. Expressions of sympathy may be sent to Centre Funeraire Cote-des-Neiges at https://www.dignitymemorial.com.
