In Montreal, peacefully, in her 92nd year, surrounded by family. Beloved wife of the late Guy Lafrenière, dear sister of the late Blake, the late Lorna, Barbara, Sheila and Paul, loving mother of Guy (Jeannine), Dan (Susan), Michelle (Brad), Maureen, Paul (Nathalie), André and Kevin (Nathalie) and loving grandmother of Philippe, Erin (Jeremy), Devin and Aemilia. Dear sister-in-law to Jeannine, Paul, Gérard, Yvette, Claire and Joan, and dear aunt to many nieces and nephews.
Mom was devoted to her family and enriched all of us with her love of cooking, music, gardening, reading, and sports. Her compassion and generosity touched many. Everyone was welcome in her home, and she was happiest when receiving her large extended family there. She was tireless in caring for Dad for many years. Those wishing to honour her memory with a contribution are invited to donate to their favourite charity or to the Fulford Residence; we are grateful to the staff for their warm and attentive care.
