Ljiljana Knezevic Tomic

Predeceased by her beloved husband of 64 years, Slobodan Tomic, she leaves behind her devoted daughter, Sonia Tomic (Lang), her loving grandsons Andrew Lang (Rebecca) and Jonathan Lang (Lisa), as well as most precious great-grandchildren Eleanor, Abigail, Bodhi and River.

Born in Split, raised in Belgrade, she was a woman in her own right and principles. Lived life to the fullest, overcoming many hardships and turmoil, in order to survive.

Greatly successful as a Chief Librarian at McGill Medical Library, loved and respected by her peers. She had a great passion for art, music, books, and film.

Her intelligence, elegance, sense of humor, and zest for life will never be forgotten. She will be deeply missed and remembered forever.

Always in our hearts.
