He was not only a great friend, but a shining beacon of support for his two beloved boys, always there for them in their endeavors and activities.

Being around Mike was an absolute delight. His infectious laughter and joyful spirit made every moment in his company truly special. He had an uncanny ability to find the silver lining in every situation, always offering words of encouragement and positivity. The hockey arena will forever feel incomplete without our dear beer buddy, Mike.

However, what truly resonated with us was Mike's remarkable humility and simplicity. Despite his countless virtues, he remained grounded and down-to-earth. We admired and cherished his unwavering character as a man, always embodying integrity, kindness, and compassion.

Or when I walked by with my dog and he was sitting on the side of the house. This neighbourhood has lost someone special we’ll miss seeing him everyday driving by. My sincere condolences to you and your precious boys and family.  All the hockey parties, get togethers at my place were the best years while seeing our kids grow into good young men they are today.  My visit with him at the hospital and words we exchange i will never forget.  He spoke from his heart and soul. we share so many memories from raising our families next door to one another - special occasions and everyday moments,  they sealed our friendship and shaped our young men.  Your kindness, sincerity, and love will always be with us and we pray that you know how much you are loved and missed.

One of my favourite and last memory I had with my baby brother is when he came to visit me last summer  we had a beautiful time together the weather was perfect we sat in the yard under the gazebo  talking about  all the good times we shared with our siblings and close friends  we had a few drinks listening to music  my brother loved music we continued talking about our younger days some were sad some were  hilarious but most were happy times Michael loved to sing his favourite songs any time we went to a bar or special event mike would pick up a microphone and sing his heart out he was pretty good have to say lol   We all grew up
music fans at our moms house  music was always playing  no matter what time or day it was  the music played we continue to talk and suddenly metallic comes on the radio and mike starts singing his heart out lol  we were both singing jamming in the yard wow I will never forget we had a blast I what a beautiful memory  I love you so much mike I’m so heartbroken angry and sad  right now specially for my nephews and nina I wish we could of saved you from your pain and sorrows I wished I had that power to heal you I’m so so sorry my brother  may you rip fly high with your angels mom dad and Patty  I will deeply miss your beautiful soul  I dedicate this song to you my brother until we meet again our last song we sang together I will never forget all the great memories I have even when you were a little boy  I will hold these precious memories close to my heart as long as I’m living Michael you are so special  especially to me love you forever  my brother I am still in shock  your sister Debbie  Tony  nieces and nephews Rip
