Mo Ching Tam

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mo Ching Tam on January 27th, 2025, at the age of 86.

Mo Ching was strong-willed and stood by her beliefs until the very end and always wore her heart on her sleeve. She was a truly generous person who always made sure that everyone around her was taken care of and accounted for. Even at the end, she made sure all of her kids and grandchildren were cared for.

Mo Ching married Shew Kiang Gee in August 1958, in Montreal. In their 66 years of marriage they had two daughters, Lillian (Bruce), granddaughter Kristin; and Lily (William), grandchildren, Jessica, Anthony, Derek.

Her departure comes with great shock and sadness that is felt by her entire family and countless others who loved her. The family appreciates your support during this difficult time.

Services will be held at the Centre Funéraire Cote-des-Neiges (4525 Chemin de la Cote-des-Neiges) on February 3rd, 2025 at 11:00 AM follow by interment at Mont Royal Cemetery Mountainview at 2:30 PM.
