Pauline E. Legault (Gravel)

Died at home in Stittsville, ON, where she wanted to be, on October 11th. Predeceased by her beloved husband Maurice (“Red”), her parents Florence Duquette and Arthur Legault, her brother Gerald (Kathleen Ledden) and her sister Rita (Ron Snow). She was a loving Mum to her daughters Anne and Monique (Alain Chung) and a cherished “Gramma” to her treasured grandson Cullen. She will be fondly remembered by her nieces Louise Legault (Francois Prevost), Linda Snow (Dennis Wild) and Victoria Snow and her nephews Gene Snow (Jane Whaley), Greg Snow (Laurie Challoner) and Randy Snow (Katie Vandergoot) as well as her many friends of all ages.

Mum was blessed to live a long, happy and healthy life and considered herself to be “the luckiest woman alive”; she loved the arts, music, good food and travel and most of all, spending time with her family and friends. She had a terrific sense of humour and a strong, loving and generous spirit – she will be missed by everyone who was fortunate enough to know her.

A special thank you to the people who helped to make her wish to stay at home until the end possible: her wonderful family physician Dr. Maureen Rae and her amazing caregivers Stephanie Manipol, Louisa Schandor and Lily Lepage – it would not have been possible without you and we will always be grateful for your loving care.

Visitation at St. Monica’s Church (6405 Terrebonne Ave., Montreal - http://www.stmonica.ca/parish-info) from 10:30-11 am on Friday, October 17th, followed by a funeral Mass at 11 am. Burial to take place at Notre Dames des Neiges Cemetery at a later date.
